2. ORDERING PRODUCTS

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed and your products have been prepared for dispatch.

Due to handmade nature of some products, minor variations may occur between individual rigs. These differences do not affect performance or quality.

All carp rigs are carefully tied, checked and inspected before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services, location and circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

7. HAND TIED CARP RIGS

Many Ricks Rigz products are individually hand finished.

Each rig is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Customers should always check rigs before use and ensure they are suitable for their chosen fishing situation.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending products back.

Products must be unused, in original condition and returned within the applicable return period.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, used fishing terminal tackle may not be eligible for return.

9. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.

We will investigate and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
