Can you make custom rigs
Of course that is not a problem. We work with a large array of manufacturers and have the ability to order specific components in with next day delivery. If you order something that we don't normally stock then there may be a slight delay in you receiving your rigs.
I need some advice on rigs?
That's no problem simply drop us a message via our contact page or reach out to us on our social media and we will get back in touch with you with some recommendations.
How long is dispatch time.
We normally get rigs out the same day (if ordered before 1pm) in busy times it may be the next day. Premium or orders contain a tackle box may take a couple of days longer.
Is there a discount on large orders?
We always try to be very competitive on pricing. If you are planning on buying a large number of rigs please contact us prior to placing your order to get the best possible price. Bulk ordering is perfect for those who want to stock up for the season or a group of mates heading overseas for a fishing trip.

I have not received my items yet?
Sometimes Royal Mail does experience regional delays, delays like this is something we do not get advised about and have no control over. All items are sent via either Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail 24-hour or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Royal Mail 1st class is normally next day however in case of disruption please allow a couple of extra days.
Royal Mail 24hr is also normally next day however, they may not come with your regular mail and may come as a separate delivery. These may also be delivered on Sundays in some areas.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
is guaranteed next working day (Monday to Friday) This also requires a signature upon delivery and has insurance of £750 with it. All Rig Safes are sent via this method at no extra cost.
Can I send you pictures of my captures?
Of course, we love to see the success people have had with our rigs. You can send them to us either via email at shop@Ricksrigz.co.uk or via our social media channels.
By sending us your pictures you agree that we can use these pictures on our website and in any marketing material. Not all pictures may be used.
Pictures showing poor fish care, drugs or nudity will automatically be refused.

I have a problem with your website?
We are sorry to hear this. If you could contact us via the contact page we will get someone to look in to it as soon as possible. If you want to make an order and you are unable to do so, please contact us with your order details and we will get straight back to you.
Can I collect my rigs?
Rig collection is available upon prior arrangement only. We are only 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and Dover so if you are going to France its very easy to collect them en-route.
Do you have express shipping?
We have a optional Special delivery option. This is a chargeable service however your rigs are guaranteed to be with you the next working day after posting.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do however to ensure we get the best price for you please contact us prior to placing your order. You will be responsible for any duty or tax that is required.
What Testing do you do on your rigs?
Every batch of crimps, swivels, hooks are checked for any defects, a sample of these are then tested further with a digital microscope to ensure they are perfect. Crimps are tested with a tensile strength tester as well to ensure they meet our minimum requirements of pulling pressure. If just one crimp or component falls below our exacting standards the whole batch is disposed off. Nothing less than perfect will do.
