All orders are processed within 1 Business days. Most orders are dispatched the same day of ordering.

Occasionally Royal Mail or Customs may experience some delays. Delays of this nature are beyond our control.
Exclusions
Premium rig and rig box orders may take slightly longer due to the availability of certain hook patterns, rig boxes etc.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Items sent by Royal Mail Special delivery will have full tracking and insurance up to the value of £750. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the item is posted. You can get up to date tracking at the Royal Mail website (https://www.royalmail.com)
Customs, duties, and taxes
The recipient is responsible for any custom duties or tax to be paid if applicable to their postal address.
Damages
Should you receive your item and it arrives damaged please contact us. We may ask for photos of the damage or you may be asked for the item to be returned to us (you are responsible for the shipping cost and this will not be refunded).

Defective item (all rigs are checked prior to dispatch to help eliminate this)
