Our range of Catfish rigs are pre tied using Catmaster RT hook braid which is designed for use when fishing for Catfish, this specialised hook braid is thicker than Carp hook braids such as Arma Kord, this prevents the braid from cutting in to the mouth of the catfish whilst offering the extreme abrasion resistance required when fishing for these monsters. Along with using Catmaster braid, we also use very strong very sharp Catfish hooks, again not just large Carp hooks, these hooks have the strength required for landing these fish.
